Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of TubeVerse.AI("we", "us", "our"), including our video summarizer, AI topic curation, and clickbait checker tools (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility & Account

You must sign in with a Google account to use the Service. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your account credentials secure.

2. The Service

The Service analyzes publicly available online video content (via captions or direct viewing) to generate summaries, rankings, and clickbait assessments using Google's Gemini AI models. Outputs are AI-generated, may contain inaccuracies, and are provided for informational purposes only — you should independently verify anything important before relying on it.

3. Plans & Usage Limits

There is no free plan. Every tool use requires an active paid plan.

• Trial Pack: a one-time payment of $5, unlocking 3 uses of each tool for 7 days from payment, including the Clickbait Checker (videos under 10 minutes) and the Summarizer (captioned videos up to 1 hour).
• Basic plan: $19/month, unlocking 10 uses of each tool for 30 days from payment.
• Pro plan: $99/month, unlocking 25 uses of each tool for 30 days from payment, including summarizing videos without captions and checking videos of any length for clickbait.
• Access to a plan's limits ends automatically when its period lapses (7 days for the Trial Pack, 30 days for Basic/Pro); you may pay again at any time to start a fresh period on the same or a different plan. Plans do not auto-renew or auto-charge your payment method — each period requires you to checkout again.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay. By upgrading, you agree to Razorpay's applicable terms for the transaction. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details on refunds.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to violate any applicable law or third party's rights, including the terms of service of the platform hosting any video you submit.
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits, reverse-engineer the Service, or interfere with its normal operation.
• Use automated means to scrape or abuse the Service at scale.

6. Intellectual Property

We do not claim ownership of the underlying videos you submit for analysis. Summaries and analysis generated for you are yours to use, subject to the applicable AI provider's and source platform's terms.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that outputs will be accurate, complete, or available without interruption.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service, and delete your account, at any time.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
